About the role
The Workplace Manager in G2 Bengaluru is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the office to ensure a seamless office experience for the employees in India. This individual will work closely with the Senior Manager, Employee Success and the Global Employee Experience team to implement best practices in office management and foster an engaging workplace culture. This is an onsite role with 5 days work from office. The main responsibilities will include:

1. Office management: The individual will be responsible for working with the infrastructure service provider to ensure smooth running of the office.

2. Event coordination: The second focus will be to partner with the business teams and coordinate G2 India’s flagship events, such as the Mid-Year Meetup and G2 Live events, while also overseeing the execution of employee milestones like anniversary gifts and onboarding logistics for new hires.

3. Operations optimization: Work with global teams to continuously optimize processes and identify areas of improvement

4. Vendor management: The individual will manage vendor identification, negotiations and relationships for any employee requirements, support employee engagement activities, and manage budgeting for these initiatives to enhance the overall office experience
