About the role: The candidate will be responsible for handling the Employee Query coming on the helpdesk ticket system and have to ensure the ticket closures within specific TAT.
Responsibilities:Knowledge of MS Office/Advanced MS ExcelGood communications skillsEmail etiquettesInternal team coordination and data management
Desired Candidate :Should be very prompt over email/callsA candidate with good communication skills is preferred Basic Excel knowledge is preferred.Verbal and written communication in English
Duration:Should be available for 6 months of Internship
Education: Must be pursuing Graduation or Post Graduation
