About the role

Infopro Learning is launching a managed learning services partnership with a leading global manufacturer in the UAE. We're looking for a Transition Lead to build the operating model that turns this from a new engagement into a fully functioning delivery team, covering a 7-person Dubai onsite team and an India-based offshore team.

This is a hands-on, five-month build spanning discovery, design, and implementation. You'll work alongside the Engagement Director, who takes over day-to-day client operations starting October 1, and you'll be accountable for closing structural gaps, building supporting systems, and deploying the technology and automation that let this operation run and scale. By the end of hypercare in February, you'll hand off a documented, sustainable operating model ready for steady-state management.

What you'll do

• Assess the client's current people, processes, technology, and tools to identify gaps, redundancies, and integration needs

• Design the service delivery architecture and operationalize the Dubai onsite and India offshore teams

• Map and deploy workflow automation and AI integration across intake, project management, content, and reporting

• Stand up the Design Studio and Content Factory models, including staffing approach, process, and technology

• Design and implement a standardized onboarding program for the Dubai and India teams

• Implement service management processes, governance cadence, and performance reporting

• Monitor performance through hypercare, gather stakeholder feedback, and hand off to steady-state operations
